Roger’s thought leadership and strategic input enabled Little Bee to evolve from an idea to an established social enterprise. With a wealth of experience of global environmental movements, he connects-the-dots of people-powered change in the UK and abroad.

Claire’s focus is to analyse and develop commercially viable opportunities, facilitating the creation of sustainable products and solutions. She brings 15 years experience across central government, not-for-profit and the private sector and a passion for social change.

Amos’ vision for sustainable planetary food systems has been driving innovation in research for two decades. He combines the rigour of science with the artistry of design, overseeing hive initiatives on community resilience and sustainable agriculture and value chains.

Federica’s focus is insight working with researchers and impact analysts in the hive lab and beyond. She is also our lead opportunity spotter driving the development of impact-driven tech projects and ventures across our portfolio of work.
